Shipping and Invoicing

We make shipping and invoice easy through our wutomated ordering system. Our Shipping providers are USPS and UPS.

On-Line Orders

Agave Robotics accepts orders and payments through our online shopping cart unless otherwise authorized by Agave Robotics. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and money orders.

Credit Card Payment

Agave Robotics LLC uses Authorize.Net online payment gateway to process credit card payments. We are very serious about data security and every precaution to make sure your data is properly secured. Please see our Security Statement for more information.

PayPal

Paypal payments are submitted through Paypal's secure system and adhere to Paypal security policy. Please make sure your PayPal payments are submited to sales@agaverobotics.com. Your order will not ship until we receive payment confirmation from PayPal.

Checks and Money Orders

We accept checks and money orders. The process is the same as credit card purchases excpet you select the "Check / Money Order" option at checkout. Your order will remain in a "pending" status for 10 business day or until payment is received. We will hold your order for 10 business days from the date of purchase. On day 11 your order will be placed back in inventory and your order will be canceled unless otherwise authorized by Agave Robotics.

Your invoice is available any time through our shopping cart.

  • Go to My Account
  • Login
  • Select your order number
  • Click the "Print Invoice" button

Stock, Availability, and Back Orders

We take every effort to ensure adequate stock at Agave Robotics, LLC. but we still run out of products.

Domestic Shipping Options

Agave Robotics, LLC. maintains daily scheduled pickup from our shipping providers, USPS and UPS. Orders received during regular business hours are processed and shipped the following business day as long as the itmes are in stock. Agave Robotics, LLC. is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

All online orders are shipped by the shipping method selected at the point of sale. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Please allow 1 business day for processing your order.

International Orders

The cost of international shipping can be significant. Agave Robotics, LLC. is not responsible for any brokerage, customs fees, or country taxes. The actual value of all orders is indicated on the invoice, and restatements using lower values are not permitted.

Please provide your complete mailing address AND phone number. We cannot ship internationally without a phone number. Agave Robotics, LLC. currently uses the US Postal Service and UPS as our international shipping provider. If you require special shipping services or arrangements, please send a detailed email to our sales department sales (a $35.00 minimum service charge may apply).

Tracking numbers are located in your order history. You must have selected a shipping method that has a tracking option in order track your order.

Arizona Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Arizona will be charged 7.8% sales tax, unless you have a reseller's permit or tax exemption certificate on file with us. Submission of a certificate is not retroactive; therefore, you will be charged tax even if you later submit a certificate.
